Q: Do you have to go on my account? (Unlocks Only)
A: The answer to this depends on the service that you bought. If you bought camos on all guns, blueprints, or other account services then yes, we would have to go on your account. The steps on how to properly link your account to where we can add what you purchased can be found here!

Q: How long does this take? (Unlocks Only)
A: The answer to this also depends on the service that you purchased. If you purchased Unlocks such as a camo on all guns, the service should be completed within 10 minutes from when the staff member has recognized that you have sent your login and that everything is linked properly. The other services completion time vary depending on the queue and the timezone that you are in. That being said, we do offer a fast pass that allows you to skip to the front of the line ahead of non-fast pass orders.
